The Below Deck spin-off is currently airing its 11th installment, and it’s only halfway through the dramatic moments expected this season.

Bravo released a preview on Thursday of what’s still to come, and it appears to deliver just about everything one could ask from a reality show.

The season continues to follow Bosun Nathan Gallagher’s strained friendship with his former best pal and current lead deckhand Joe Bradley.

Former Below Deck star Max Salvador joins the crew as Nathan’s third deckhand, replacing Luke Brumer, who voluntarily left the boat.

Also, Below Deck veteran Hannah Ferrier makes an appearance at Aesha Scott’s surprise bachelorette party, a major storm interferes with travel plans, and the Akira One gets an unexpected visit from the police.

However, perhaps the most alarming moment from the trailer involved a terrifying incident with a guest.

It happened while Captain Sandy Yawn and her crew embarked on a charter for a billionaire and his multiple romantic partners.

It appears one guest suffered a nasty hit to the head while enjoying the water toys, as he was seen with a bloody towel wrapped around his head.

Several crew members were seen tending to the injured man, while someone else was heard yelling, “We need a medic!”

Aesha did boast in interviews that this season was her favorite ever, after it began with a major cast shakeup.

The veteran chief stew and Nathan were originally the only returning cast members, aside from Captain Sandy and Gael Cameron’s appearance, to join this charter season.

That quickly shifted when Joe tagged in to help on deck in Episode 1, and Max’s addition later in the season.

Unlike his last two seasons, Joe hasn’t been involved in any love triangles this time around, but Luke had his hand in multiple departments.

The TV star sparked an interest in chef Joy Lefaucheur and stew Gen Lillie before his abrupt departure.

While he attempts to win Joy back in the trailer, it appears Gen has her eyes set on green deckhand Cooper Dawson, despite his romance with stew Kat Johnston.

Fans have already been eager to see what happened between Nathan and Gael following rumors that they split after filming wrapped.

The couple met while starring on Season 9, which aired in 2024, and welcomed a son the following year.

However, the pair no longer follow each other on social media, and they haven’t been featured in each other’s posts, sparking chatter that they might have called it quits.

Neither has issued a formal statement confirming their breakup.

Below Deck Med airs on Mondays at 8:00 p.m. EST/PST on Bravo and is available to stream the next day on Peacock.
